I am directionally challenged. I get off the same elevator time after time and can’t remember which way to turn. More than once, I’ve had to call my sweet husband and admit that I was lost. Even my phone’s GPS has given up on me. Don’t even think about asking me to go to a corn maze or house of mirrors unless you have a search party on stand-by.
Life it like that. So many twists and turns – decisions to make – all with different consequences. And while we have friends and family to help, at some point we have to make a choice to move…in some way. Right or wrong, we cannot, or should not remain stagnant.
More than ever, it’s at those times that I am grateful for the promise of scripture that says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid and do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
