Sandy Moffett and Marlene Ryan have worked together since 1999.

Sandy Moffett – Singer

Sandy has been involved with vocal music from the time she was a child and always knew singing would be an important part of her life. Sandy currently sings with the worship choir at Valley Baptist Church and has been involved with a number of singing groups including the San Joaquin Sweet Adeline’s, and the Bakersfield Symphony Singers.

She has taught vocal music to children from pre-school age to third grade.

Sandy began writing music in 1996 and her first solo album; “Welcome My Child” was released in 1998. She has been called to speak and sing at numerous functions in California.

Marlene Ryan – Pianist

Marlene Ryan was born in Regina Saskatchewan, Canada. She lived and worked in Edmonton Alberta, Canada where she held a position as the Regional Director of the Yamaha Music course from 1978 to 1993. This allowed her to travel across Canada to train music teachers.

She and her husband Joe moved to Bakersfield in 1998. Marlene holds a classical music degree in piano performance and in addition is an accomplished organist, having won the Western Canadian competition.

She is a music composer and has written educational materials for the Yamaha Music Program. Marlene has accompanied university choirs, the Edmonton Symphony and has provided music for major hotels, the Consular and Strauss Balls and government receptions.
