Sandy Moffett and Marlene Ryan
began to work together in 1999 and quickly found that not
only were they good friends but that they made a great musical
team. Marlene and Sandy are available to provide a wide variety
of music for most any occasion. They are available as a team
or on an individual basis. Music samples are available upon

Sandy Moffett - Vocalist
Sandy Moffett was born in Bakersfield, California, and after
living for many years in Montclair, returned to Bakersfield
in 1985. She is married to Greg and they have four children.
Sandy has been involved with vocal music from the time she
was a child and always knew singing would be an important
part of her life. As an adult, Sandy has been involved with
a number of singing groups including the San Joaquin Sweet
Adeline’s, and the Bakersfield Symphony Singers. She
has taught vocal music to children from pre-school age to
third grade. Sandy began writing music in 1996 and her first
solo album; “Welcome My Child” was released in
1998. She has been called to speak and sing at numerous functions
in California.
Marlene Ryan - Pianist
Marlene Ryan was born in Regina Saskatchewan, Canada. She
lived and worked in Edmonton Alberta, Canada where she held
a position as the Regional Director of the Yamaha Music course
from 1978 to 1993. This allowed her to travel across Canada
to train music teachers. She and her husband Joe moved to
Bakersfield in 1998. Marlene holds a classical music degree
in piano performance and in addition is an accomplished organist,
having won the Western Canadian competition. She is a music
composer and has written educational materials for the Yamaha
Music Program. Marlene has accompanied university choirs,
the Edmonton Symphony and has provided music for major hotels,
the Consular and Strauss Balls and government receptions.
Marlene offers a wide repertoire including light classical
and easy listening for any occasion.
